Sadly, sleep eludes me on a regular basis. It’s usually not something on my list of things to do. Luckily, I have my craft. This is a double chocolate, mocha panna cotta. The top layer is dark chocolate, the center is milk chocolate, and the bottom layer is mocha. Topped with a chocolate cream cheese rosette and caramel topper, and piped chocolate sauce with feathered in hearts.
