Here I have naturally colored sauces. Red is tomato and red chili pod. Orange is carrot habanero. Yellow is perppercini, yellow bell pepper, and yellow tomato. Green is spinach Serrano chili. Purple is sweet thyme red cabbage. I have all their pulps strained. I’m going to do some kind of food art with all this, but until inspiration hits later, I’m at a stand still.
