Chicken Chow Mein. I made a sauce with Soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and tequila (almost like a teriyaki) and glazed the noodles with the sauce. I have chicken, yellow squash and zucchini cut in a thin biased, carrot shavings, and chile de arbol thrown into this dish. I garnished the pan with some halved hard boiled eggs.
