Pan fried homemade spinach dough tortellini. It’s filled with fried parmesan encrusted New York steak and placed on a bed of arugula and grape tomatoes, topped with a tomato and basil tapenade. The sauces are a garlic and a tomato cream sauce. It didn’t really need sauce, the tapenade on top and the fried parmesan in the tortellini gave it perfect flavor, so, the sauce was minimal and more for plating. It was pretty awesome. =)
