I don’t know what to call it. Can’t really call it a trifle cause there’s 4 layers. Tri implies 3. It’s white chocolate mousse, with a layer of strudel crumbs, with a layer of Cabernet raspberry compote, and a layer of lemon curd, garnished with a whipped cream rosette, raspberry, and a coconut tuile cookie.
