This was our meal for the night. I made potatoes au gratin seasoned with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, minced garlic, and thyme. Also added some parmesan cheese and cuts of cheddar. This was served with oven roasted asparagus, a grilled top sirloin steak that my brother cooked to medium rare perfection (he’s the grill master) that was glazed with a jack daniels style tequila steak glaze that I made. Plated by yours truly. It was awesome. ;)
