Hungarian parsley potatoes. It’s basically a potato salad made with sour cream and fresh parsley. I went ahead and made garlic sautéed sweet red bell peppers, seasoned with kosher salt, a pinch of sugar, Hungarian paprika, dry parsley flakes, onion powder, and some bay leaves, let it cool, and added it to the potatoes, and salted the potatoes to taste. It was really flavorful with the sautéed bell peppers tossed in.
